A few things you may want to know.
Energy efficient glazing
We typically offer argon filled, low-e coated, float-glass, double glazed units with U=1.1 W/m²K which is 5 times more efficient than a single glazed unit.
Engineered timber
Laminated timber guarantees superior performance and durability compared with solid blocks. We typically offer high quality laminated meranti +450 kg/m³ as a basis.
Timber treatment
Our timber is treated by soaking in wood preservatives. We use TEKNOS wood treatment products.
Spray painted
Spray paint percolates deep into wood pores producing much more durable finish compared with brush painting. We use TEKNOS Paint with 2 undercoats and 2 finishing coats in all RAL colours.
draft proofing
We use world’s best weather seal: Q-LON made by SCHLEGEL as standard.
hardware
To ensure highest quality and longevity of our products, we use components from SIEGENIA, ROTO FRANK, WINKHOUSE and HAFELE.
